Riko is a medical aesthetics clinic offering minimally invasive treatments, including injectables, laser treatments, skin therapies, and body contouring. Located in SoHo and Midtown Manhattan, Riko serves a diverse clientele of New York professionals and patients visiting from across the U.S. We are committed to thoughtful, detail-oriented care that enhances each patient’s natural features while prioritizing skin health and long-term results.

Key Responsibilities

• –Conduct patient consultations (NP, PA required)
• –Administer laser treatments, cosmetic injections (e.g., dermal fillers, neurotoxins, thread lifting) and IV therapies.
• –Maintain client records and documentation.
• –Manage complications in collaboration with a medical director
• –Participate in ongoing training, seminars, and professional development

Requirements

• –Valid nursing license (RN or NP) or physician assistant (PA) license
• –Previous experience in medical aesthetics is preferred but not required
• –A strong interest in aesthetics

Schedule

• –Full-time: 4 or 5 days per week, including one weekend day
• –Work hours: 10AM – 7PM (Week day), 10AM – 6PM (Weekend)

Compensation

• –Entry-level: $ 120,000 - $170,000
• –Senior-level or Manager-level: $ 140,000 - $250,000
• –The range assumes a five-day workweek. The lower end of the range is the base salary; the upper end includes commissions and managerial top-ups. Base salary and commissions are prorated for staff who work four days a week.

Remark

• –A four-day work schedule (including one weekend day) is available for full-time staff, with salary prorated. Currently, we only hire full-time (4 or 5 workdays per week) for this position
• –Riko doesn’t ask staff, including clinical providers, to sign non-compete agreements. We believe your skills are yours, and we want to succeed together.

Requirements

• –NY esthetician license required
• –A strong interest in aesthetics
• –Full-time preferred

Schedule

• –Full-time: 4 or 5 days per week, including one weekend day
• –Work hours: 10AM – 7PM (Week day), 10AM – 6PM (Weekend)

Compensation

• –Full-time: $ 75,000 – $ 85,000 annually (based on a 5-day workweek)

• –Build a warm and welcoming brand community
• –Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• –Take on one of administrative responsibilities 1 or 2 days a week, such as merchandising, accounting, marketing or inventory management.

Schedule

• –Full-time: 4 or 5 days per week, including one weekend day
• –Part-time: 1 - 3 days per week, scheduled on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• –Work hours: 10AM – 7PM (Week day), 10AM – 6PM (Weekend)

Compensation

• – Full-time: $ 72,000 – $ 80,000 (annually)
• – Part-time: $ 30 (per hour)
• – Full-time compensation assumes a five-day workweek. The salary is prorated for staff who work four days a week
