Riko Appointment Messages

Mint Medical PLLC dba Riko sends automated appointment SMS messages to patients who opt in through our website booking form. The program includes one reminder 2 days before each appointment, plus enrollment and reply confirmations. Message frequency varies with your bookings and replies. These messages do not include marketing or promotions. SMS consent is optional and is not required to book an appointment.

1. Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, you’ll receive one additional message confirming your request. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment.

2. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or call or text our office at (212) 201-1043.

3. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Privacy

We value your privacy. Information collected through our SMS program will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect and use your information.

5. Eligibility

By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll.
